Design Warm-ups feel like a good workout that leaves a pleasant aftertaste. They really help you stay in shape and in the right mindset — I recommend them to anyone who’s afraid of starting from a blank canvas

Design Warm-up was a great chance to step outside strict design systems, rediscover how beautiful Swiss layouts are, and simply spend time with great people from the design community

Doing exercises with Designwarmup improved my speed in concepting. It takes me less time to come up with ideas now. In the beginning I always focused on desktop or mobile, but now I'm not afraid to create concepts for watches, TVs — anything Thanks to Designwarmup ❤️ And I also love when other designers give you tasks

Design Warm-Up is a great project. It helps to activate your thinking and sharpen your eye. The tasks are very interesting

For me, Design Warm-up is a breath of creative freedom — no scores, deadlines, metrics or rounds of edits. It helps me have fun, experiment, bump into new viewpoints and approaches in a safe “sandbox”, and see what other people come up with (that’s always interesting). I join when I have the energy and the task takes no more than half an hour. I don’t treat it too seriously — and that’s exactly the point for me

A good warm-up for your brain and creativity. If you are tired of the design system and want to have some fun, then try this

Participating in the design warm-up was a great opportunity for me to get feedback on my work and improve it, as well as to see how other folks tackled the same task. I love that there are no time constraints—you can choose any task and complete it at your own pace. And I want to give a special thanks to Vikki for her detailed feedback
